"One of my favorite things about Highgate is that they are not owned by some remote impersonal corporation. The landlord lives nearby and is very concerned with everyone's comfort and wants the tenants to be totally satisfied. You will find these apartments outstanding in quality when comparative shopping. Each apartment is totally different, they are not clones of each other. I really enjoy the commons area with the pool, sauna and community room but the best part about the Highgate is the landlord"
